Your browser sends technical connection information, including an IP address, to deliver pages securely. This serves our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts, images and videos are served from our website. We do not embed advertising pixels or external analytics SDKs. External destinations are contacted when you follow their links.

The static website is hosted on web-01 at Contabo GmbH. Delivery involves processing the IP address, requested URL and technical browser information. Routine web access logging is not enabled for Farleda. Limited operational records may arise when technical errors occur; they serve troubleshooting and protection of the service, not visitor profiling. The Farleda team handles email correspondence through Hetzner Mail. This website currently uses no form database or automated delivery through Resend.

If you contact us by email, we process the sender, contact details, message content and any attachments to answer your inquiry. Requested pre-contractual steps rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; general and business correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in handling the inquiry under Art. 6(1)(f). An email does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Please send only information needed for your inquiry.

Correspondence is retained while necessary for the matter and any subsequent contract. We then delete it unless legal retention duties or a specific need to defend legal claims require otherwise. Technical error records are needed only while investigating the issue and restoring secure operation. They are not a permanent history of visits.

A session-storage preference remembers whether the brand introduction has played in this tab. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent to us. The information website does not create an authenticated session. The future app has its own necessary authentication/session storage; we explain it when those functions are activated.

Under the applicable conditions you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing on this website.

We update these notices when website processing changes. Additional product features, a support system or optional analytics are assessed and explained before activation. Our provider inventory distinguishes website services from the planned application integrations.
