Tell us what happened.

Email hello@farleda.eu. Raphael and Sebastian read the feedback; no Farleda account is needed. We prioritise reports by urgency and cannot promise a fixed response time during the beta.

  1. The affected page or route and the planned travel date.
  2. What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  3. Approximate time, device and browser; a redacted screenshot if helpful.

Please do not send passwords, login links, booking references or other travellers’ details. Redact personal information from screenshots.

Common questions

My confirmation email hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Check your spam folder and the address you entered. Wait a few minutes, then try signing up again. If the message still doesn’t arrive, email us from the affected address without forwarding a login link.

My route is missing or looks wrong.

Coverage depends on available timetable data. Send us the origin, destination and travel date. Confirm current schedules, reservations and tickets with the rail operator.

Can Farleda change or refund my booking?

Farleda is a planning tool. Your booking or transport provider handles reservations, passenger rights and refunds.

Does a Passport confirm that I actually travelled?

No. The current Passport documents a signed calculation record of your plan. A valid signature checks its integrity through Farleda, not completed travel or a causal reduction in emissions.

Where should privacy or security requests go?

Use the dedicated contact routes below. Please do not post security details publicly and send personal data only through the relevant contact route.
