Preview: free beta terms

Planned beta: 31 October–31 December 2026. These are the proposed app conditions; website signup does not accept them or create an account.

1. Provider and period

Raphael Lugmayr & Sebastian Kern GesbR, trading as Stoicera Group, provides Farleda. Full details are in the legal notice. The free beta is planned for 31 October–31 December 2026. Production operation is planned from early 2027. Beta access does not automatically become a paid subscription.

2. Service

Farleda supports journey planning and provides emissions estimates. Coverage and data quality vary. Check schedules, availability, fares and travel conditions with the transport provider before booking. This beta does not sell tickets or package travel.

3. Passport

A passport records a calculation and its methodology. A valid signature identifies the issuer and detects changes to the signed data. Actual travel depends on separately identified evidence. A scenario comparison is not a carbon credit, offset or approval for reporting or advertising.

4. Account and acceptable use

Protect your email account and use only content you are entitled to provide. Abuse, attacks, impersonation and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Restrictions are proportionate to the circumstances; urgent security issues may require immediate suspension.

5. AI and estimates

Text suggestions can contain errors. Emissions estimates follow the documented calculation method. Modelled data must not be presented as measured data. Review journey details before relying on them.

6. Changes and availability

Features may change during beta. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice unless urgent security action is necessary. Paid use requires a separate agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Ending participation

You may stop using the service and request deletion or export. Limited retention required by law or legal claims is explained in the privacy policy. If the service ends, reasonable information and, where possible, an export opportunity will be provided.

8. Liability and applicable law

Statutory liability applies to our own breaches of duty. No blanket liability exclusion is imposed for free access. Booking providers are responsible for their services. Austrian law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction at the consumer’s residence.
