What accepted creators receive

A place in the story, not a one-off campaign.

Admission follows a personal review and a written brief. There is currently no blanket promise of fees, tickets, travel expenses or permanent free access; agreed benefits are recorded in the brief.

01

Founder Community

Accepted founding creators can receive access to Farleda’s private Founder Community: roadmap previews, feedback sessions and direct exchange with the team.

Subject to programme agreement

02

Public founding credit

With your explicit opt-in, we name and link you in the public community directory planned for the public beta, once the agreed founding journey is completed.

Opt-in

03

Early product access

Test the features released for your participation and share bugs or suggestions directly with the team. Submitting an application does not grant product access.

After admission and release

04

Travel benefits from 2027

We aim to negotiate member travel discounts and partner benefits for 2027. They depend on future partner agreements and are not guaranteed today.

Planned · not guaranteed

05

Future affiliate option

A performance-based affiliate programme may follow after commercial launch. Participation, rates and eligibility would require a separate written agreement.

Future option · no current earnings promise

06

Creative independence

We ask for accuracy and disclosure, never a positive verdict. Critical feedback stays yours and helps the product improve.

Required principle

What you will test

Real journey planning. Honestly documented.

Creators test the current product flow on a real European journey and show their community what works, what remains beta and where the figures come from.

Video description

Farleda: understand journeys, connect Europe. The current planner captures destinations and preferences. Comparison shows duration, changes and modelled emissions. The Passport keeps a signed planning record; it does not confirm completed travel. All figures are synthetic examples. Open beta from 31 October 2026. Seeking pilot partners: farleda.eu.

Who should apply

Reach helps. Trust matters more.

01

Travel & rail creators

You already tell practical stories about trains, places, itineraries or responsible travel.

02

Small, trusted communities

A focused newsletter, student community or regional audience is as relevant as a large public following.

03

Product storytellers

You enjoy showing how a tool works, including friction, open questions and beta limitations.

04

European journey makers

You expect to take a real European rail journey and can document the planning and outcome responsibly.

The founding journey

One real trip. One honest public story.

The exact format is agreed together. Farleda provides access, context and source material; you retain your own voice and disclose the relationship clearly.

  • Plan an agreed rail journey with the released beta and, where agreed and practical, take it.
  • Publish at least one agreed post, video, article, newsletter or comparable public story.
  • Label the relationship and every material benefit clearly as advertising or collaboration where applicable.
  • Distinguish example calculations from universal emissions claims and link to the public methodology.
  • Share structured private product feedback in addition to the public story.
  • Do not expose private traveller, ticket or accommodation data in screenshots.

How selection works

Small cohort. Human review.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your format, audience, likely journey and why Farleda fits your work.

  2. 02

    Fit call

If there is a fit, we discuss timing, access needs, disclosure and the story you actually want to make.

  3. 03

    Written brief

Benefits, deliverables, usage rights, timing and any expenses are agreed in writing before work begins.

  4. 04

    Founding journey

You test, publish honestly and join the Founder Community after the agreed programme milestone.

Disclosure first

Disclose agreed benefits transparently.

EU guidance treats money, free services and other benefits connected to promotional content as material relationships that may need clear advertising disclosure. Farleda requires visible disclosure and will never ask a creator to disguise a collaboration as an independent recommendation.
